August 27, 2024 (Los Angeles, CA) — In an effort to encourage electronic music fans to participate in democracy, Rave The Vote is partnering with non-partisan voter engagement organization HeadCount to motivate fans to vote in this year’s elections. Some of America’s top DJs and producers will lend their support to the Rave The Vote campaign, which is a part of HeadCount’s “Good To Vote” initiative, and will award fans who check their voter registration status a unique bundle of music, including tracks and mixes, from leading DJs and producers.

“Dance music in America is bigger than ever, it’s crucial that our community gets out and votes, and ensures its voice is heard. There is a lot at stake in this election, and we need dance music fans to show up and vote for values that are synonymous with our culture; peace, love, unity and respect,” said Rave The Vote in a statement.
Fans can receive the downloadable bundle by simply checking their voter registration status, through the dedicated URL, and opting in to text reminders about voting. Fans will receive the musical bundle in late September.

Good to Vote is HeadCount’s primary online campaign to help young people prepare to vote. Launched in 2020, the initiative directly engaged over 600,000 voters with the chance to win custom experiences and prizes from Camila Cabello, Hailee Steinfeld, Samuel L. Jackson, and more. HeadCount also drives voter participation through in-person voter registration drives at concerts, festivals and community events.
