Help Jazzworx & GL_Ceejay Rebuild After Devastating Studio Attack

Published on

Last night, South African music producers Jazzworx and GL_Ceejay were victims of a violent attack. They were kidnapped, robbed, and their entire studio — including laptops, hard drives, sessions, and unreleased music — was stolen.

Thankfully, both artists have been found with minor injuries, but they’ve lost years of work — the core of their creative universe.

Jazzworx and GL_Ceejay are not just rising stars; they’ve shaped the sound of South Africa, with chart-topping hits and international support from DJs and tastemakers across the globe. Their recent run includes the longest-running #1 track in SA radio history, surpassing even Tyla.

Now, they need our help to rebuild: laptops, studio monitors, headphones, audio gear — a fresh start.

A community fundraiser is live. Whether it’s $5 or $500, your support is a statement that art, resilience, and unity matter.

Let’s stand with them and help bring the music back.
