Brazilian duo Claxy integrates a new compilation of the renowned Anjunadeep imprint.

The involving and plural ability that Brazilians have to make music has conquered the world. For a few years now, artists from the country have been dominating the international electronic scene with their rhythms, timbres, and cultural diversity, a singular and captivating musicality. And it’s by following this brilliant path that the duo Claxy has been consolidating as an exponent and, further proof of this, is their participation in the Anjunadeep compilation, which arrived on the platforms on April 14th, 2023.

The traditional compilation reaches its 14th edition bringing two CDs with 42 tracks, revealing talents and labels that deserve to be highlighted. The curators, once again, were the artists James Grant and Jody Wisternoff. Year after year, the VA stands out for the quality and selection of the works presented.

And, this year, it wouldn’t be any different. For example, Claxy delivers a deep and intimate melodic house cut in ‘Closer’, developed between subtle beats and a lovely vocal by Clara Valente. With a powerful melody, it’s impossible not to be immersed in the shimmering construction of textures.
