The first 12 shows for Broadwick Live‘s newest venue DRUMSHEDS have been announced, showcasing the bigger venue to even more music fans.
The first few events are massive, beginning with a La Discotheque event on October 7, Gorgon City presents: Enter the Realm on October 14, and Bugged Out! on October 21 with a live performance from Orbital and Hot Chip.
The lineups for the rest of the year will be fully announced on August 30, but they have revealed an elrow Horroween on October 28, a Worried About Henry showcase with Andy C on November 11, Paradise with Jamie Jones on November 18, CamelPhat Presents on November 25, KNTXT with Charlotte De Witte on December 9, plus additional shows until the end of the year.
More details have also been revealed on the layout of DRUMSHEDS consisting of an X Room, Y Room, and Z Room.
X Room will be one of the largest warehouse spaces in London with a capacity of 15,000 people. For reference, the iconic Printworks, which shut down in May of this year, only had a capacity of 6,000.
The Y Room is the second largest with a raw, industrial feel and a capacity of 5,000 while the Z Room is more intimate holding 1,000 people.
