Amnesia didn’t hesitate to welcome Joseph Capriati back to its dance floor following the success of his ‘Metamorfosi’ party season. It was a tasteful mix of big names and upcoming stars from across the house and techno spectrum and it has recently got started again for summer 2023 in great fashion.

Amnesia Ibiza is always a special place to visit but ‘Metamorfosi’ really has gone next level in their production and a massive banner that hangs above the main dance floor. The sound systems are booming and the lights and lasers next level as they slice up the space with reds and blues and the beats rain down.
Early doors were a mix of fast-rising stars at the helm with Sara Landry and Skizzo both serving up their signature sounds, while the well-regarded Andres Campo took up a notch or two with his more tech-leaving and driving sounds. Then was the turn of a real breakout star in the form of Indira Paganotto who showed why with a blistering selection of searing techno, driving bass, and big beats.
We headed out to the main Terraza several times to catch some of the explosive action there. Frank Storm was doing a fine job of keeping the dancers guessing with his sublime mix of sleek tech and heavier house grooves before Cocoon label head and Ibiza mainstay Sven Väth showed his class with a massive bag of tricks filled with colorful techno, emotional rollercoasters, a few cheeky classics and lots in between.
When the place was full and bouncing the main man stepped up. Joseph Capriati is a DJ with a broad sound that dips into tech, house, techno, and all shades in between. He joins the dots between them with real skill and never fails to read the room right. He dropped plenty of gems that got everyone going and kept people moving till closing time.
Make sure you check out the rest of the season of ‘Metamorfosi’ because definitely, this is one of the best parties on the island.
